Intelitek is seeking a customer support representative with a powerful desire to learn and support our wide breadth of product offerings. These offerings include CNC Machines, Industrial Robotics, Air \/ Fluid Power, and Industrial Electronics.<\/p>

Tasks Include:<\/p>

  • – Phone and E-Mail technical support<\/li>
  • – Repair and inspection of Intelitek and 3rd party products<\/li>
  • – Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues<\/li>
  • – Assembly of new products<\/li>
  • – Quality Control with predefined test procedures<\/li>
  • – Go to customer site to provide setup and training on products<\/li><\/ul>

    Qualified Support Individual Must have the following skills:<\/p>

    • – Must have a minimum of a high school diploma<\/li>
    • – Positive Can-do Attitude<\/li>
    • – Demonstrated hands-on skill set for assembling\/disassembling electromechanical sub systems<\/li>
    • – Experience using tools such as digital multi meters, torque wrenches, drills, calipers, and other hand tools<\/li>
    • – Good written and verbal communication skills to report findings to customers and internal personnel<\/li>
    • – A strong understanding of Basic Electronics, Can Read Electrical Schematics, and Soldering skills<\/li>
    • – Fluent in Windows 7\/10 including permissions, edit system registry, and file system structure.<\/li>
    • – Basic computer networking, TCP\/IP Settings, Ping, Trace Route<\/li>
    • – Experience with computer programming (Any Language)<\/li>
    • – Attention to Detail<\/li>
    • – Willing to travel occasionally<\/li>
    • – Works well both individually and as part of a larger team<\/li>
    • – Ability to lift 40lbs<\/li><\/ul>

      Addition Helpful Traits<\/p>

      • – Experience with a 3D Modeling Program<\/li>
      • – Experience writing CNC G-Code<\/li>
      • – Experience with Administrating Moodle or other E-Learning Systems<\/li>
      • – Experience with Intelitek equipment<\/li>
      • – Involved in FIRST\u2122, VeX\u2122, Skills USA\u2122, or any other hands-on competitive mechatronics environment (Mentor or as Previous Student)<\/li>
      • – Involved in the Maker \/ Maker Space Community<\/li>
      • – Programming Hobby Level Microcontrollers Like Arduino\u2122<\/li><\/ul>
